I got my daughter a Watch Strap Photo Charm for Mother's Day, and she really liked it at first. But then it broke after only two hours, and we didn't even notice. My son-in-law found the heart charm in her hand as he was putting the baby in the car seat, which was pretty scary. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company because the items don't seem worth the cost.

I recently bought a custom pendant for my boyfriend's birthday. It was supposed to be a special tribute to his late grandmother, with her photo laser engraved on it. But when I got it, I was so disappointed with the quality. It felt cheap and flimsy, and the engraving was messy and hard to see. I couldn't believe I spent $170 on something that looked like a cheap plastic toy. It was a big disappointment, especially since it was supposed to be a meaningful gift. I should have read reviews first, now I have to find a better replacement.

I'd definitely rate my experience as a zero if I could. I bought some keychains and a necklace, and every single keychain broke within a week. To top it off, the necklace chain also broke after just a few times wearing it. The quality of the items I got was really disappointing, to be honest. I basically see it all as junk.

I just bought a piece of jewelry from this company and it had some light engraving on it. The engraving wasn't as deep as I thought it would be, but I had a jeweler check it out and they confirmed that it was actually engraved. That might be why the price was lower. I'm glad they were upfront about it and now I get why it cost less.

Oh my goodness, I just received the locket I bought for my girlfriend for Christmas and it's like, totally perfect! The colored laser photos are seriously amazing and I'm so excited to see her reaction on Christmas morning. Plus, the display case it came with is super cool, like I've never seen anything like it before. And to top it off, it arrived super fast, like within days of ordering!

The name on the locket was totally crooked, which really bummed me out, especially since I shelled out a good chunk of change for it. To top it off, I got a shipping notice less than 2 hours after placing my order, and that got me wondering about how much attention they actually pay to making each piece. The locket looked cheap overall, definitely not what I was hoping for in a personalized piece of jewelry. I was floored at how low-grade it seemed for the price I paid. It's super disappointing that they'd send out something of such poor quality and then refuse to take it back since it's customized. Feels like a total rip-off, honestly. I'd advise staying away from this company, for sure.

Don't worry about those negative reviews online, eh. My necklace arrived super quickly and it's just perfect. Yeah, the gold might be a bit thin, but the price is totally fair for a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. I couldn't be happier, eh!

I just got this really beautiful 1" solid sterling silver locket that has a lovely dog paw design on the front and a laser picture of two dogs inside. It was everything I hoped for and even came with a nice neck chain. I was kind of hoping for a display box to come with it, but the way it was presented in the mail was still nice. I ended up giving the locket to my daughter, who recently lost her beloved dog and we also lost a member of our family. The emotional connection we both felt to the locket was really strong, and we both ended up crying. The box it came in was really nice, and the blue bag added a nice touch to the whole presentation. Overall, I'm really grateful for this heartwarming piece and the feelings it brought out in us.
