I placed a big order for fish & rice bags and some puppy chow. Thought delivery would save me a trip. No confirmation came. A couple of days later I call and they tell me the order was cancelled due to "fraud". No details. I tried to explain I'm a Georgia-licensed breeder and run a kennel. That didn't change anything. So I had to get dressed and head into town the same day. My dad is nearly 80 and on hospice visits three times a week, so that extra errand was annoying. The dog food I bought in store was fine — firm kibble, not oily, packed well. The pups ate it without fuss. I still prefer the idea of home delivery though, it would have saved time and a worry. The company could at least tell you why they cancel an account. Dry, short answers from their end. Slightly suspicious at first. In the end, I got food and the dogs are fed. If you need delivery because of health or time issues, be cautious with this seller. Otherwise the product itself seems okay.

“we’re sorry, someone will follow up.” No one did. The website didn’t help either; subscription management felt clunky, I got duplicate messages, and making even a small change meant jumping through hoops. That disorganization was the main problem for me — it’s time-consuming and makes you feel like no one’s in charge. Oddly, though, when the order finally arrived the packaging and the food itself were perfect, not a dent, and it got here a bit sooner than I expected. That surprised me and softened the annoyance a little, because at least the product was fine. Still, the support and ordering experience was poor enough that I won’t be risking it again unless they fix how they handle prescriptions and follow-ups.
