Recent purchase disappointment
The clothes from Perry Ellis used to be really good, but now they're not so great anymore. When you look on their website, you can tell the clothes aren't as nice as they used to be, and they often don't have everything in stock like they should. Ordering online has become risky because you might not get everything you ordered, and what you do get is all wrinkled. The excuses they give for not sending everything are not good, and it seems like they're saying they have stuff in stock when they don't. It looks like they might have problems with their shipping or not wanting to honor sales with multiple voucher codes. It's really disappointing to see their quality and service going downhill, so I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.
Wedding tuxedo purchase
I had a pretty rough situation happen to me the other day when I was trying to get a tuxedo for my wedding. I came across a super nice jacket at the store and thought I'd order the matching pants online. The sales rep said they had it in stock, so I went ahead and bought it. But then, a week later, I got an email saying they had to cancel my order because they ran out of stock, and they didn't offer any alternatives. Now, I'm freaking out with just over two weeks left until my wedding, trying to find a new tuxedo. Pretty disappointing service from a brand I thought I could trust.
Ordered clothes online
I ordered some clothes online and it took so long for them to get here, eh? And then they go ahead and cancel one of the things I ordered that was on sale! Like, really? How can they do that, just sell something and then take it away? This company, eh, the worst for sure.
