Peltz Shoes - Reviews and experiences

I bought a pair of Rockport Slides that ended up being too small and tight. I contacted Peltz Shoes to exchange them for a bigger size, but I've had a really bad experience. I returned them with the label they gave me, but I haven't heard anything back or gotten my money back. It looks like I'm not the only one dealing with this problem based on the reviews I've seen. It's really disappointing to see a company treating their customers this way. Be careful of possible scams and rip-offs if you're shopping at this store.

I was so disappointed with how things went down when I tried to return something at that store. Their return policy is super strict, and it felt like an eternity before they finally sorted things out and gave me my money back. I had to go through Paypal to get my refund, and let me tell you, it took a painfully long 6 weeks for it to show up. Now I'm really not interested in using their services again. If I spot their name on a product while browsing on Amazon, you can bet I'll be avoiding it like the plague.

On top of all that, the printer for the return slip seemed to be running out of ink, so it was hard to read the numbers properly. This whole situation has been really frustrating and disappointing, I'm not happy with the customer service at all.
