Peltz Shoes - Reviews and experiences

My experience with this shoe company was a complete disaster, eh! The prices are way too high and you only get free shipping if you spend a whopping $69. On top of that, I got emails saying my orders were shipped but they ended up canceling because they didn't even have the products! That's just not cool, eh. Plus, every pair of shoes I bought in bulk to save on shipping were all defective. Overall, not impressed with this company at all, eh.

I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store and had a frustrating experience with their discount policy. At first, they gave me a discount for being a new customer, which I was happy about. But then, they cancelled one of the items I ordered because it was out of stock. When I got my refund, I saw that they took away part of the discount I got before. I thought this was unfair because the discount was supposed to apply to the whole order, not just one item. I tried to talk to their customer service team through a bunch of emails, but they didn't really fix the problem. I was disappointed by their lack of transparency and effort to make things right, and it made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.
