CommunicationSo I ordered some shoes off the Peltz Shoes website not too long ago. The prices and selection were pretty sweet, but man, did I run into some issues with processing, shipping, and customer service. I put in my order on January 15th, 2022, but never got that confirmation email. Tried reaching out to them in every way possible - online form, chat, phone, email - but got no reply. Ended up having to start a PayPal dispute just to get my money back. Only after that did I finally hear back from customer service, with them apologizing and giving me my order info. Finally got the shoes, but gotta say, the whole thing was a letdown.
