I bought my dog an orthopedic bed and it was super comfy, eh! But when I tried to wash it, it was a real pain to take apart and remove the stuffing. After washing it a few times, the material holding the stuffing got all messed up. I tried to buy new stuffing, but the company ended up sending me a whole new bed, even though I had it for 2 years! It was such a pleasant surprise, I definitely recommend them, eh.

I gotta say, my experience with this company on my last purchase was brutal. They only sent me part of my order, and when I went to check on the missing item on their website, there was zilch. I gave customer service a ring five times, but just got voicemail every time. Left a bunch of messages, but never got a call back. Tried reaching out through online chat and email too, but heard nothing back. On top of all that, I got billed for the whole order even though it was incomplete. The way they dropped the ball on communication and service is totally not okay.

So I bought a dog bed from this company and boy, was it ever a disaster. The bed I got wasn't what I was hoping for and when I tried to get in touch with customer service, nada. Complete radio silence. I made several attempts to reach out but never heard back from them. It's super annoying to shell out your cash for something that doesn't live up to the hype, and to top it off, the company doesn't even care about your feedback. Clearly, they don't give a hoot about their customers or making things right, so I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
