So I bought this dog bed, eh? I was so pumped to get it for my little buddy. But then I kept checking the tracking and it was still not sent out. I was like, what's up with that? So I decided to reach out to the company and they told me it was with some guy named Reno Mascorin. Then all of a sudden, the website's email disappeared and I didn't hear anything else.

Fast forward to a month later, I noticed another payment pending from my account for a similar site. I was like, what in tarnation? I called my bank and found out a link was clicked and a direct debit was set up! Thank goodness my bank sorted it out and I could check my accounts.

To make a long story short, my furry pal never got their dog bed. Darn shame, I tell ya.

I ordered something from Paw.Com and it never showed up. They said they sent it, but it never came. I tried calling their 1800 number a bunch of times, but no one picked up. I think they scammed me and I won't be buying from them again. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They offered me a refund, but I'm still not interested in using their services.

I recently picked up my 5th purchase from Paw’s and it’s absolutely pawsome! I grabbed 2 dog beds and 3 cozy blankets for my furry companions. They're super comfy, durable, and easy to clean since my dogs love running around outside in the mountains. However, I ran into a big problem with the delivery. Ontrac messed up my order and their customer service was terrible. They didn’t take responsibility for the error, which really frustrated me. Thankfully, Paw's came to the rescue by quickly replacing my order. They have amazing customer service and truly value their customers. I give them a perfect 5 stars and will definitely be shopping with them again!

I got an extra-large bed for my dog and I was really looking forward to getting it soon. I had been talking to this guy named Reno who assured me he'd deliver my order even though they were swamped. It's been over a month now and I still don't have my bed! To top it off, the website and phone number are no longer working, and Reno is ignoring my emails. I feel totally ripped off and disappointed. I doubt I'll ever trust another unfamiliar online pet company again.
