I recently bought a new bed cover from this company because our old one fell apart after I washed it. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it was the wrong size. I contacted their customer service for help, but they were not very responsive or helpful. After several tries, I was finally able to start a return online, but they charged me $20 to donate the wrong item to a place in Vegas. It would have been easier and more customer-friendly for them to just send me the right size instead. Needless to say, I was not happy with how they handled the situation, and I won't be buying from them again. Also, it was hard for me to leave a Google review which just added to my bad experience with this company.

I had a problem with the stuff I bought from this company and had to send them back. I called Customer Support and they helped me right away with what I should do. I decided to return the items and got a return label by email with clear instructions on what to do next.
