TrackingI bought a travel pillow from this website recently and it's turned into a total disaster. It's been two months since I ordered it and I still haven't gotten it. The tracking info says it's in a different country and hasn't been unloaded yet, which is obviously not right. Trying to reach customer service has been useless because my emails keep bouncing back, so I'm stuck with no way to get help. It's so annoying to have spent money on something that never showed up and not be able to get a refund because the company won't communicate.
