As a customer from the UK, I'm really disappointed with how unresponsive this company has been. I sent back my items weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about whether they got them or when I'll get my refund. I've tried emailing and chatting multiple times, but no one has responded. It's super frustrating and now I have to get my credit card company involved to sort this out. It's just really disappointing to see such poor customer service.

I'm not happy with the product I bought. I want to return it for a refund but the return process is so complicated and doesn't follow Canadian laws. It feels like the company is trying to make it hard for customers to get their money back. I won't be buying from them again.

I recently bought two eye masks from a crowdfunding campaign, planning to give them as Christmas gifts. But when I got them, the boxes were all squished and messed up, so they wouldn't work as presents. I tried reaching out to customer service for a replacement or refund, but they were pretty unhelpful. Their responses didn't really address my concerns properly and one even said I had to send the masks back to the US on my own dime for a refund. I've been a loyal customer of this brand before and always liked their products. But this experience has left me feeling let down and unsure about continuing to support a company that doesn't seem to get basic customer satisfaction and rules for selling from a distance.
