I recently ordered 8 items online, but only got 4 at the collection point. I contacted customer service, and they said the missing items would be sent with express delivery to come on time for a special event. Sadly, even after confirming the address, the replacement items never showed up, so I didn't have the birthday gifts I needed. The lack of communication and not keeping promises made this experience disappointing and frustrating. Now I had to find last-minute replacements and wait for a refund, which added extra stress and inconvenience to an already bad situation.

If you're thinking of paying extra for Next Day Delivery from here, don't bother. I've been let down for the second time by their promise of fast delivery. I wanted a gift for a special occasion, and now I have nothing to give. What's the point of offering next day delivery if they can't actually deliver? Don't get your hopes up, just go with regular shipping to avoid any letdowns.
