I had a really bad experience with customer service at this company. I ordered a sofa and prints for my home renovation, and ran into a bunch of problems that really annoyed me. First off, the prints took forever to show up, and they were damaged because they weren't packed properly. When I contacted customer service about it, they said they could send me replacements but not until September. I've spent a lot of money at this company over the years, so I expected better service. Offering to keep the damaged items with a 20% discount on my next order didn't make up for the hassle. It's clear that the online team doesn't have the same level of training and customer focus as the people in-store. All in all, dealing with customer service at this company recently has left me feeling upset and unappreciated.

I went to this store and the service was so great!! The lady who helped me, I think her name was Carys, was really nice and knew everything about the adorable home decorations. I'm definitely going back there again!!

Oh man, that store in Harrogate is amazing, eh? The staff there is so friendly and know their stuff, especially Carole. She helped me pick out some cushions and other key pieces for my home decor. She not only helped me with what I initially wanted but also gave me some great suggestions that I ended up really liking. The customer service I got was top-notch, and I really liked the personal touch they gave me during my visits. I'll definitely be going back because of the awesome experience I had there.

I had such a great time shopping at that store. Tanka and Mark were so friendly and their service was top-notch. The Coffee Table and Accent Chairs I got are even nicer than I thought they were in person. The quality and design totally blew me away, way better than I expected.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to share my recent experience buying a mirror from this store. The customer service here is amazing. At the Guildford location, Eglee and Danielle were so helpful. Eglee helped me figure out how to get the last mirror, which was discontinued. She was friendly and made me feel valued. Danielle made sure the delivery went well. Overall, my experience was great, and I'll definitely be back soon.

The store is really amazing, they have such a nice selection of beautiful pieces for the home.

I just bought some stuff at this shop and the folks at the Harrogate location were super nice and really knew their stuff! I bought a rug from this company recently, and it didn't go very well. The info they gave me when I ordered was wrong, so I got pretty confused and frustrated. On top of that, their customer service was terrible. No one followed up with me, I didn't get any help when I needed it, and once I even got treated pretty rudely. I tried to change the delivery day to fit in with an appointment I had already made, but they said no. I did eventually get my rug, but the lack of communication and bad customer service while I was waiting has made me think poorly of this company. I won't be shopping here again.

The folks working here were super nice, friendly, and really helpful when I was buying my furniture. They gave me great customer service, going through all the info and choices with me. I was really impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they were about their products.

I've been eyeing this place for a bit, but I finally decided to pick up some things to spruce up my room after the makeover. When I went to the store, I saw some awesome pendant lights, but they only had one of the ones I really liked. The guy working there, Jason, was really nice and he went out of his way to call all the other stores to track down the ones I wanted. He was incredible and helped me a lot. Thanks a bunch, Jason!
