I recently bought a big rug from your store and it was a really great experience. The rug was amazing quality and it looked just like it did online. The staff at the Bath store were super helpful, especially with moving the heavy rugs around. The delivery was really quick and the drivers went the extra mile by unpacking the rug and even moving some furniture to make sure it was in the right spot in the room. I was really impressed by this level of service and it went beyond what I expected. Because of this positive experience, I've bought more stuff from your store.

I was so impressed with the delivery service from this store. Tony and Dario did an amazing job getting my big bed head up the tricky staircase. They were super careful and made sure there were no scrapes or scratches on it. Their professionalism really showed through the whole delivery.
