Returns & RefundsI just bought a wood chipper online and it said I could pick it up at the store in Woodbury, MN. So, I organized a way to get there and when I arrived, they wouldn't let me take it even though I had already paid. The staff took over an hour to try to fix it, but in the end, they said I would have to wait a few days for a refund before I could buy it again. It was really frustrating and disappointing overall.
