App & PortalI just bought a tool set from this store and for the most part, I was happy with how everything went. Ordering it was easy, but I did run into a problem trying to sign into my account. I forgot my password, so I asked for a reset, but I never got the email, even after I checked my spam and junk folders.

App & PortalThe shopping experience at this store was pretty good, overall. The whole process was easy and simple, which I really liked. But, I did run into a little annoyance when I tried to check my purchase details - a survey popped up and interrupted my shopping flow. It would've been better if the survey had its own tab or showed up later. However, despite this minor inconvenience, I thought the shopping experience was alright. This was my first time buying from this company, so I'm crossing my fingers that everything will turn out fine.
