Returns & RefundsI got the 1L Tiger Stripe Sling Bag last year and had some trouble with the warranty and shipping. Even though the bag came with a lifetime warranty, I had to pay a crazy amount for shipping to send it back. The shipping cost was more than what I paid for the bag, which was really disappointing. But after talking to Customer Service, I got it sorted out and they gave me a store credit. Just a heads up though - if you're buying the bag outside the US, be careful when returning it because they might just send you a new one instead of fixing the one you have. In the end, the customer service was good and I'm thankful they stuck to their warranty policies.
