PriceI just got this awesome backpack a couple of weeks back and I'm totally loving it! But then, it went on sale and I was like, "Oh man! I paid more for it!" So, I decided to shoot an email to customer service to check if they could match the sale price. And you know what? They gave me a refund right away! I'm really pleased with their service!
