Returns & RefundsI bought a watch not long ago but it came broken, which was really frustrating. They told me I had to send it back to another country on my own dime and even pay custom fees. There was no option for free returns, and when I asked for help online, they just suggested I take it to a local repair shop and pay for it myself. They didn't seem worried that it might void the warranty. The whole experience left me super unhappy with their service, and I'd suggest others steer clear of it.
