CommunicationI bought a Nixon watch a couple years back and was pleased with it until it suddenly stopped working. I tried to reach out to customer service via email, but just got an automatic reply saying they were pretty swamped. I also attempted to use the chat bot, but no luck there either. The phone numbers they gave didn't work either, and there was no UK helpline or service center available. Even the UK distributor wasn't much help. Trying to get my watch fixed by Nixon was such a headache and stressful experience. I might go back to Casio since their customer service and repair services are way more reliable.
