The customer service at this store is just so slow, eh. I had to wait for weeks to get my refund sorted out, and I only got it done when I contacted the CEO myself. It's ridiculous to have to go through all that just to get a refund for something that didn't even work properly. The lack of communication and efficiency is really disappointing and makes me wonder about the quality of service this company provides, eh.

I bought a bag from this store and man, was I let down. The bag looked way cheap for what I forked out. Trying to return it was a headache and a half, totally unnecessary and frustrating. I've never had trouble like this before, I'm always ordering stuff online and mostly have great experiences. Especially in the States, where customer service is top-notch. I won't be giving this store any more of my business. Seems like they care more about hype than quality products and good service.

My recent visit to this place was a total letdown. I bought some stuff on sale, but when I got them, they were way too big and the material was pretty crappy. It was obvious they weren't worth what I paid for them, so I tried to return them right away. But man, the return process was a real pain.
