CommunicationI really like the cool designs and high quality of the stuff I got from this brand. They've got some really unique creations and the materials they use are top notch. And let me tell you, the pieces look amazing - I absolutely love them. But I gotta say, the way they handle their stock could use some work, especially when things get super busy with sales. When they cancelled my order, it was all chaos and the responses felt kinda rushed. It left me feeling a bit let down and thinking twice about buying from them again. Overall, I think there's some room for improvement.
