I bought a pair of pants from this store not too long ago and was bummed when they came with a big stain on them. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a label to return the pants. But when the new pair arrived, they were the exact same pants with the same stain! I was totally surprised and pretty upset about the lack of care and quality control.

I picked up a cute cropped jacket at this store. The design was awesome, but I was kinda let down by the quality. The material they used felt a bit cheap and the finishing wasn't as good as I hoped. So yeah, shopping there was ok, but considering what I paid, I was hoping for better quality.

Instead of fixing the problem, they suggested that I had purposely damaged the shirt myself. On top of that, they only offered a small 10% discount as a resolution. This whole experience left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Their high prices, low-quality products, and rude staff made this brand a real letdown.

The high-end fashion items at this store are really top-notch, eh? The quality and style are on-point, even though the prices are a bit steep. But, let me tell you, the craftsmanship and value you get are totally worth it. I love the attention to detail and the unique designs - it really makes this store stand out from the rest, you know? Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more high-end fashion pieces in the future, eh!
