Returns & RefundsAs a customer of the product, I gotta say I am really let down by my recent experience. The product itself is amazing and does wonders for my hair, but my last order didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. I ordered 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners, costing $80, but I only got 1 of each when it was delivered. I sent an email about the issue, but after waiting a week with no reply, I had to send another email. It's been 3 weeks now since I ordered and I still haven't received the missing items or a refund. This lack of customer service is disappointing and I'm frustrated and disappointed by the company. I won't be buying directly from them again, gonna look for other options for my hair care needs.
