Their website move caused some trouble with my course sign-up, but the customer service was excellent. Szabolcs was fast and dependable, and after a few quick emails, I was able to re-enroll and get back to my studies. Overall, it was a seamless experience.

I ordered the wrong iPhone case from Moment by accident, but thankfully Brionne from Moment noticed the mistake and assisted me in correcting it! She emailed me with tips on how to ensure that all the components for my new phone (case, insert, lens, etc.) would be compatible. The customer service was excellent and I am truly grateful for the individualized assistance. If it had been a different store, I would have been stuck handling returns and trying to sort everything on my own.
