CommunicationI preordered a camera and had to wait almost a whole month for it to ship because there were way more people wanting it than they thought. Moment kept me in the loop the whole time, letting me know how close I was to getting my hands on it and when it was finally headed my way. Even though the wait was interminable, the camera showed up a day earlier than I thought and I'm totally obsessed with it already. Big thanks to the Moment team for going the extra mile with the updates.

CommunicationThe customer service at this place was amazing, eh! I had a split shipment request and they made sure to keep me in the loop about the status of my order and back order. They even followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was in the know, which I really appreciated, eh. Not only were they super nice and quick to respond, but the product I got was top-notch quality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, eh!
