I ordered a split shipment and received the first part. Unfortunately, the second part was missing. Customer service was quick to respond at first, but there was a delay in resolving the issue. Thankfully, the second attempt was super fast! The missing part arrived the next day without me even realizing it.

I ordered a camera forever ago and it's STILL not here! But whenever I email them, they're so nice and understanding. It feels like they really care about me and my order, even though it's taking forever. I tell all my friends about this company, even if they're not into cameras! So happy I came across them!

This order was a total mess - got the wrong stuff, deliveries were all mixed up, communication was so slow. But you know what? At the end of it all, the company came through and fixed everything. Gotta give them credit for sticking to their word and making sure we were happy. Good on them.

I can't believe it - my order got lost or sent to the wrong address not once, but twice! I was so frustrated, couldn't believe this was happening to me. But shoutout to Javier at MOMENT, he seriously went the extra mile to sort everything out for me. He was so patient and made sure I finally got my hands on my order. What a relief, I was over the moon!
