Returns & RefundsI had to cancel a camera order not long after I put it in. Surprisingly, the customer service team got back to me within 5 minutes of me sending an email about it. They canceled the order right away and I got a refund notification soon after. The fact that it was so easy to contact them and the rep was so nice made this a really good experience for me. I'll definitely be shopping at MOMENT again because of their awesome customer service.

Returns & RefundsI got a Magsafe case and a couple of T-series lenses from MOMENT, but they didn't fit with my phone. So, I decided to shoot them an email, and they promptly sent me a replacement. To top it off, they even hooked me up with store credit. It was a really nice gesture on their part. I'm thrilled with the way they resolved my problem!

I tried to figure it out on my own, but ended up contacting customer service for assistance. I got in touch with Szabolcs, who was super friendly and helpful. He sorted out a replacement camera for me right away, and it came the next day. The new camera works like a charm and I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently they resolved my issue.
