Type 4 box and other products

So, I recently bought the Type 4 box and a couple other items from Mielle. Gotta say, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. Even though they said my order was ready to go, I never actually got my stuff. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was basically non-existent. They kept promising me refunds and shipments but nothing ever happened. After waiting forever, my order finally showed up, but they forgot to include the detangling comb I was looking forward to. I tried reaching out to them, but they just closed my requests without actually helping. It's pretty disappointing to see a brand that claims to care about its customers drop the ball so hard. If they can't get their act together and take care of their customers, maybe online sales isn't their thing.

Late order with no explanation

Well, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed! I placed my order back on 11/27/23 and now it's already 1/1/24 and there's still no sign of it. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on, no communication or explanation for the delay. And to top it all off, I got a request to review my purchase when I haven't even gotten it yet. That just doesn't sit right with me, you know? This whole experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and you can bet I won't be ordering from here again.

These people have no respect at all for their customers' time. I messed up by not reading the shipping info properly, and now I'm regretting it. Ordered my stuff more than two weeks ago and it's still stuck in "processing" limbo. Can you believe it? And then when I reached out to customer service, they just casually mention it takes 10-15 business days to even begin processing. It's just outrageous!

I recently bought something online and it was a complete disappointment. I placed my order on November 27th, which was a long time ago, and it's now February 1st and I still haven't gotten my stuff. My order is still not filled, even though I tried contacting customer service many times for updates. Every time I reached out, all I heard was the same excuse about lots of orders causing delays. They said they'd fix it and to wait another 10 to 15 business days for my order to show up. But after being patient and waiting, nothing happened. I had to ask for my money back in the end because they didn't solve the problem. It's been two months and three days dealing with this mess, and I got nothing to show for it. I'm done with them and won't order from them again. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
