The clothes I bought from here are awesome - amazing quality, so comfy, and super fancy. But, eh, I had a delivery disappear recently. I gotta say, their customer service was top notch. As soon as they figured out my delivery was lost, they hurried up and sent me a new one with next day delivery. All in all, I'm really happy with my time here.

I've been a customer of yours for a long time and always loved your products. But I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my latest order. Today, only part of my third order in the past 6 months showed up, leaving the rest unfulfilled. It's frustrating that your system doesn't realize when you're out of stock, causing problems with fulfilling orders. This never happens with other brands I buy from, so it's been really aggravating for me as a loyal customer. I'll be getting in touch to talk more about this because I was left feeling really unsatisfied with this whole experience.
