CommunicationI recently bought some stuff from this company and honestly, I'm pretty happy with what I got. But man, their customer service sucks big time. I've sent a bunch of emails and tried hitting them up on social media, but not a peep back. Like, come on, if you're gonna charge top dollar, at least take care of your customers. I even tried finding another way to get in touch, but no luck. It's just not cool, you know?
