ServiceI just went to the store to buy some outdoor gear, and let me tell you, the service was amazing! The staff, especially John, David, and Craig, were super helpful and knew their stuff. John, especially, went out of his way to talk to me and answer all my questions. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer. The whole experience was awesome, and I'll for sure be going back for more gear in the future.

ServiceI've been shopping at this store for a while now, but I gotta say, I'm really not impressed with how things have been going lately. The staff just doesn't seem to care as much about helping customers and being outdoorsy like they used to. Returns are a hassle now, and the products don't seem as good as they used to be.

ServiceI bought a face mask online just the other day, and when it showed up, I saw that the stitching was all wonky and starting to come apart. Even though I didn't buy it right from them, MEC really stepped up to fix things. They gave me a discount on the mask and threw in a free replacement piece. I was super impressed with the amazing customer service and how they dealt with everything like pros.
