CommunicationA few years ago, I bought a bunch of backpacking meals, but they didn't have one of the meals I wanted. Instead of letting me know or giving me something else, they just sent three of a different meal. I have food allergies and I don't live close to a store, so it's important for me to get what I ask for. I tried calling them, but couldn't reach anyone, and they also didn't reply to my email. Their lack of communication and customer service made me feel frustrated and let down. I was thinking about buying more stuff from them, but now I'm not so sure.

CommunicationI just bought a child's snowsuit for $130 on sale, down from $170. After not hearing anything about shipping for 5 days, I called customer service. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before asking for a call back. The call back came at 8pm, but it only rang twice and then ended. I had to wait another 20 minutes on hold before they told me they couldn't fulfill the order.
