I bought something from this company not too long ago, and I had a big problem with my order. They told me my package was delivered to the wrong place, so I had to spend a lot of time trying to fix it. It took a while for me to get my money back, and when I did, they didn't give me the right amount.

Don't bother with this store if you want good service. I bought ski goggles and they said I'd get them in a week. Then they kept making excuses and I stupidly went along because the prices were cheap. But then out of nowhere, they cancelled my order, leaving me high and dry for my trip. No warning, no communication. Now I'm stuck without the gear I need and no time to find it elsewhere. I won't be shopping online from them again.

Don't bother looking elsewhere, just order from here. I've bought stuff online from this place a few times now and everything's been smooth sailing. Shipping was fast and free, which is always a nice little perk. I had to send something back once because I got the wrong size, but it was super easy since they gave me a return label. Definitely top marks in my books.

And get this - turns out the shoes were delayed because they were switching warehouses. Can you believe it? Then, after waiting for like a whole month, they went and canceled my order. Can you imagine my frustration, eh? They only gave me a discount code as compensation, too. But get this - when I checked their website, the shoes were still there, just not on sale anymore! Can you believe the nerve of some companies, eh?

Dude, I bought some urgent gear from this store a while ago and it was a complete disaster! I mean, I shelled out $15,000 and didn't even receive everything I needed! The customer service was awful, they didn't bother keeping me in the loop about my order until I repeatedly called them. And then they had the audacity to cancel a portion of my order without even informing me properly! I really needed that gear for fieldwork a month ago! Not cool at all, man.
