They reopened the issue with UPS, kept me in the loop, and arranged a replacement shipment when the claim stalled. The moment I got the tracking update and a clear timeline, I relaxed. When the new package actually showed up at my door with a signature, I was genuinely pleased — not ecstatic, just relieved and grateful it was sorted. Communication could have been quicker at the start, but the follow-through mattered. Overall, it ended well enough that I’d consider buying again, just hoping they tighten up first-contact response.
