Returns & RefundsI first saw the bottle on a marketplace while doom-scrolling late, and I even nudged my sister to check it out because the price looked suspiciously low. When it arrived I knew something was off — the cap sat funny, the spritz was different, and the scent just didn’t last like the real thing. I took photos, messaged customer service and waited. The moment I actually felt satisfied was when they finally admitted the bottle wasn’t authentic. Strange to say, but getting that confirmation felt like someone finally heard me; a little victory, relief mixed with anger. Of course, that didn’t fix everything — they still refused a refund and blamed me, which left me frustrated. Shipping was fine, arrived when they said it would, but the whole returns experience was a mess. I’ve told a couple friends and warned them to check codes and take pictures right away. So yeah, relieved to be right, annoyed at the follow-through, and just reminding folks to be careful when buying fragrances online.

Returns & Refundsthis was a disappointing first buy — the main item never showed up. I bought it as a birthday present for my wife (had to replace a broken gift last minute, so timing mattered) and even though the package arrived on time and needed a signature, it only had two little bonus samples inside. The box felt suspiciously light and the tape looked like it had been messed with. I checked emails thinking maybe the real item shipped separately — nothing. One order, one package. I tossed the box because I honestly thought everything was in there and I wasn’t storing trash, which I can admit might’ve been a mistake in hindsight. Customer care said they’d look into it and then sent a video from the distributor showing everything being packed together. Okay, fair, but that didn’t help me get the $340 item back. Their next steps were basically: file an insurance claim through their insurer or talk to my bank to stop the payment, and could I please send photos and box dimensions? I’d already thrown the box out. After that they said they couldn’t help further. So yeah, service folded when it mattered. I’m a bit bummed — the product would’ve been great if it arrived — and I’d consider giving them another shot if they fixed their post-delivery support and took responsibility sooner.

The perfume smelled amazing, definitely not fake like some I've bought in the past. I've been burned before so I really value finding the real thing. I'll definitely be coming back here when I need more.
