CommunicationI had a really annoying experience with my payment at the store. I made the payment two days before it was due, but it didn't go through until 72 hours later. Because of that, I got hit with a late fee, even though I was sure I had paid on time. The fact that the store didn't bother to let me know about this problem was pretty disappointing, and it's making me think twice about shopping there again. It's frustrating to see how they can mess with a customer's credit score without even talking to them or fixing the issue.
