Good deal, refund headache
Returns & RefundsNeeded a replacement mattress because my lower back was killing me after a move. The product and price were actually good and delivery turned up okay, so I was relieved. But the refund side is a mess. I sent a return on April 4 and by June 5 I'm still chasing the money. Called, sat on hold, told refund would be issued and show in 3–5 business days; last time they said May 22. It’s time-consuming and really frustrating, so I’m wary to order again.
