I recently bought a gift from the store and found out later that it was the wrong size. I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size, but the store's return policy only allows exchanges within 14 days. I tried to explain the situation and even offered to show them my receipt, but they still refused to let me exchange the item. This kind of customer service is really disappointing, especially for a luxury brand. The whole buying experience was ruined by the store's lack of flexibility and understanding. I definitely won't be shopping there again.

So, I got this coat, eh? It was super cute and all, but then I had to return it 'cause it didn't fit right, you know? But when I tried, they were like, "No way, Jose!" They changed their return policy to only two weeks, which is so short, eh! And they wouldn't even make an exception for me, even though it was just a few days past that! So unfair, right? And when I tried to talk to a manager, they were never around, always on a break or something. They promised to get back to me, but they never did, eh. Now I'm stuck with this coat that doesn't even fit! Ugh, I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure.

It's a real bummer that such a nice jacket is tainted by a lousy return policy and lackluster customer service. From now on, I'll definitely be more careful about where I shop and will probably check out some other stores with better return options.

Every time I asked about it, they were just plain rude, which made me even more frustrated. As a customer, I expect better treatment and service from a company I’ve spent my hard-earned money on. I definitely won’t be buying directly from them again, and I’ll be warning others too.
