DeliveryThe customer service at this store is just awful. I bought 2 things online and they came to me with DHL. When I needed to send one back, they said to use FEDEX instead, even though it wasn't what I wanted. They said I wouldn't have to pay duty fees, but then DHL sent me a bill for duty on both things. I've been trying to fix this with DHL and the store, but all I get are empty promises from someone named Rania El Hadraoui. That's no way to treat your customers.
