Lululemon - Reviews and experiences

I spent a whopping $400 on a jacket that ended up being total junk. The quality was terrible and there was even a defect. I contacted them and they said they would send a return label in a few days, but it's been months and still nothing. It seems like they enjoy overcharging for lousy products and have no responsibility for fixing their mistakes. Save your money and shop somewhere else, folks.

I had a really bad time with the customer service at this store. I ordered something online and it got stolen. I had footage from my security camera showing the theft, so I contacted the Global Customer Experience team right away to explain what happened and shared the video with them. But all I got back was a generic response saying they would start an investigation that would take six days and promised to update me. Three weeks went by with no word, so I decided to reach out through their website's chat feature. Only then did I get an email saying they couldn't help me and wouldn't give me a refund. It's just not right how they didn't follow up or try to fix things for me.
