I placed an order recently, expecting to get my stuff on time. But, turns out, the courier never even picked it up - lost in the sauce. So, I chatted with customer service online, got cut off after they promised a refund. But, here I am, still waiting on that email for the refund, and my order? Still says 'Shipped'. The lack of communication from them is a rip-off, seriously frustrating. I just want my money back for an order that never even made it out the door. It shouldn't be this hard.

The service I got from this company was horrible. I ordered some workout clothes online and getting them delivered was a complete disaster. The delivery company they used kept delaying my package for four whole days, and they didn't even bother giving a real reason why. The customer service from both the delivery guys and the company itself was just terrible. Not only did the delivery service not help at all, but the company's support team took forever to answer me and asked me a bunch of pointless security questions instead of dealing with the problem. This whole thing has made me super irritated and disappointed with the way they handled everything.

I'm really upset about the delivery I got for my order of yoga pants, a sports bra, and a tank top. The website said it would take 3-5 days, which already seemed long to me, but I was patient. Sadly, the items didn't come when they were supposed to, and now I'm feeling disappointed and annoyed. I paid top dollar for these products, so I was hoping for better service and dependability.

I finally got in touch with customer service, and get this - turns out there was a "system glitch" and they couldn't deliver my order at all. All they could offer was a refund, no product in sight. Plus, to top it all off, they wouldn't even stick to the sale prices I originally paid, so basically I got the short end of the stick. Honestly, the way they handled this whole situation just didn't sit right with me. So not cool, you know?

Eh, let me tell ya, the delivery from this place was a total gong show. Took forever for my order to show up, and when it did, the stuff was all sent separately, making things even slower. One item even showed up a crazy 2 weeks after they said it would. And don't even get me started on their sales - a total joke. Never had what I wanted in the right size in stock. Clearly, the service at this store has gotten worse lately, and I am just so let down by the whole experience, eh.
