Love, Bonito - Reviews and experiences

I went to the store at Waterway Point the other day and bought 3 dresses that I liked. While I was waiting at the cash register with my kids, a staff named Iry came over in a really rude way, telling us to move our stuff from the counter next to us. Her attitude and tone were totally unprofessional and uncalled for. It was a not so great experience that kind of ruined what could have been a nice shopping outing. I hope the management does something about this for the other customers.

The folks working here are really friendly and always ready to lend a hand. They're quick to help me out and sort out any issues I may have. And the clothing selection is so awesome and on-trend – I always manage to find something I love!

So I picked up this top that just didn't fit me quite right, but the folks in customer service were so helpful and friendly, even though it was on sale. They really go the extra mile for their customers, and Angie was amazing in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thanks a bunch, eh!
