I recently had a really frustrating experience with this company that messed up my delivery big time. I ordered something from them for the first time and was super excited to get my package, but when it finally arrived, it turned out to be someone else's order! The worst part was how they handled the mistake. They made the person who got my package send it back before they would even think about sending me the right stuff. It felt like they were holding my money hostage. I kept asking for a refund, but they just wouldn't budge. Instead, they were laser-focused on getting me the correct package - even though they couldn't tell me when that would happen. And if, by some miracle, I did get the right package, I'd have to pay for shipping it back myself. All in all, I was really disappointed with how this company did business.

Honestly, shopping at that store was a total nightmare. I ordered my stuff and had to wait forever for it to even be sent out, like a whole week! And then the shipping? Don't even get me started. It took over a month each time to receive my items! Do they even know how to run an online shop? Other companies can get stuff from North America to Macau in about 9 days, but this place from Singapore takes an eternity. It's like their warehouse is in a whole other world or something! It's just ridiculous!
