I first noticed Lorna Jane when a friend tipped me off — she rocked their leggings at the gym and I thought, cool, I’ll try the bras too. I’ve bought from them before, loyal for years, so ordering felt normal. This time the parcel turned up with just the bra padding inside, no bra (super odd), and after a few rounds of emails I was left with vague replies about checking with the courier. I kept saying the box looked intact, no signs anyone had opened it, but that didn’t change anything. Then they refunded me saying the item was oversold. No real apology, no replacement offer, just a refund and that was that. It’s disappointing because their service used to be better; this felt like a shrug. I already told the friend to look elsewhere next time. Annoying and a bit sad — I liked the brand, but this experience around delivery and customer service pushed me away.

I ordered something on November 15th, 2023, and I've been trying to follow up on it but still haven't got it. It's really frustrating because I was really excited to get my order. I probably won't buy from this company again, which sucks because I got some awesome leggings from another store before.

The customer service at LJ UK is so frustrating, eh? My order has been stuck in Customs for 14 days because the sender didn't provide all the necessary info. I've tried reaching out to them several times, but the problem still isn't fixed. This slow response and lack of efficiency is just not cool, you know?

I recently made a purchase online and, you know, my order was totally ignored by the company. So, I waited around for four weeks, but there was no word on my order at all.
