CommunicationI just bought something at this store and boy was I let down by their customer service. I really like their activewear, but the customer service at the UK branch was basically non-existent. I sent multiple emails about my order and didn't get a single response. It looks like the UK branch is slacking and it's really affecting the whole customer experience. It's too bad because I really like their clothes, but the lack of communication from the customer service team is a big disappointment.
