ServiceThe sizes of the shoes were all wrong compared to what I normally get from this brand. They didn't have a sizing chart on the website to give me a heads-up about this. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service because they wouldn't help me with the issue, and just said it was final sale. It really left me feeling let down and not happy with the whole situation.

ServiceI bought a pair of boots from this store last fall for $400. After wearing them for only one season, the zipper broke. When I contacted customer service about it, I was let down to find out they couldn't help me get them fixed by a cobbler. Given how much I paid for these boots, I was hoping for better customer service and a bit more appreciation for a loyal customer like me. This whole situation has me thinking twice about buying from this brand again.
