Returns & RefundsThe company's business practices were really disappointing. So, I bought a pair of shoes and a bag from them but it didn't match my outfit at all. When I sent the items back, I had to pay for the shipping, which ended up being quite a bit of money. They promised to process my refund in 5 days, but it took a frustrating 10 days to actually get it. And to make things worse, they deducted 100 bucks for "duties" without even telling me why. When I complained to them, they were rude and even threatened to ban me from buying anything else. That's just not cool. I've taken it up with my credit card company to look into it further.
