ServiceThe customer service at this store is just awful, eh? I emailed them a bunch of times and got no response. I even had to resort to reaching out on social media just to hear back. Finally placed an order and it took two weeks to get an email saying it was shipped. Two weeks later, I get another email saying my order was canceled. Clearly, they never had any intention of sending my item. I'd recommend others not bother wasting their time and money here, especially with how pricey their stuff is, eh?
