CommunicationI recently bought something online and ran into some issues with the shipping. Even though the tracking said it was on its way, it never actually got to the shipping company. I tried reaching out to customer service through chat and email, but got no reply. This lack of communication made me worried about whether my order was ever going to show up, or if I needed to dispute the charge with my credit card. It was frustrating dealing with this, especially since the customer service was so lacking.

CommunicationI ordered two pairs of shoes on November 22nd, but I haven't heard anything about shipping since then. I've tried emailing and messaging on Instagram, but no one has gotten back to me from customer service.
